Created by a Toronto mom and caters to mothers. Fitmom offers many fitness classes for pregnant women and new mothers. They also offer birth services and fitbaby classes which will give mothers the knowledge to promote their baby’s development.
The fitness programs at the Ella Centre include yoga for before and after birth, and stroller exercise. They have on-site childcare for mothers who would like to take a class.
A fun way to exercise with your baby, you can start from 6-8 weeks and go until you can comfortably carry your child. This is a great way for you to learn some salsa and for the baby to be introduced to music and movement.
