Even though many public and private agencies are listed on this site, BabyThoughts does not promote or endorse any of the agencies or organizations listed. BabyThoughts reserves the right to provide promotional links as paid advertisement, and such links which will be identified with descriptive words such as, but not limited to, "Sponsored Link" or "Advertisement".

Fair Use - Mom Groups

BabyThoughts provides its registered users with free services, such as the ability to create, maintain, and join online mom groups. These services are provided solely to help mothers meet others with similar needs or interests and to promote neighbourly activities. Any use of these services for personal or financial gain is strictly prohibited. If you know of anyone misusing these services, please contact us.

BabyThoughs reserves the right to delete mom groups or suspend user accounts at its sole discretion.

Ownership - User Accounts

User accounts are the sole property of BabyThoughts and can be revoked, without notice, at the discretion of BabyThoughts.

BabyThoughts makes a reasonable effort to make sure that the information exchanged between the Website and registered users is secure and confidential and can only be used by BabyThoughts as specified in our Privacy Policy. BabyThoughts uses industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption for all sensitive data exchanged between the user and the Website.

BabyThoughts is not responsible or liable for any loss, eavesdropping, tampering, or theft of any information that it collects from its users.

Shipping

BabyThoughts ships all products purchased on the site to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. The shipping address can be any Canadian address. All shipping is done through Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Return Policy

At BabyThoughts we are deeply committed to the satisfaction and online shopping experience of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund. In order to get a refund the purchased product and a purchase receipt has to be returned within 45 days of payment in its original packaging to the following address:

BabyThoughts will process the refund using the same payment method that was used during purchase. For example, if you purchase the product using a VISA credit card, we will process the refund to the same VISA card number you provided. Since BabyThoughts uses PayPal as a payment gateway and we do not have access to the original credit card number, a customer service representative may contact you to process the refund.
