Shipping Method

BabyThoughts uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel service to deliver store purchases. Shipments are typically processed within 2 business days of payment and parcels can arrive within 4 to 12 days depending on the shipping address. All purchases are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Whenever possible, all items from the same purchase are shipped in a single parcel.

Flat Rate Shipping Charges

BabyThoughts charges flat rate shipping fees for most of the items in the store, excluding oversized items. Flat rate shipping is applicable regardless of number of items ordered and is calculated depending on your location:

In cases where orders contain oversize items, extra shipping charges may apply.

Free Canadian Shipping

Orders that total over $100 after applicable discounts and before taxes will receive free shipping in Canada, with the following exceptions:

Gift Wrapping

At BabyThoughts we are glad to offer gift wrapping on most products - except for oversized or oddly shaped items - for a charge of $0.99 per item. We take great care to wrap gifts with high quality wrapping paper, clear creases, and smooth surfaces. We also choose paper that is gender neutral and patterns that are appropriate for young children.

Items that can be gift wrapped are marked with a gift icon on product search and detail pages. When you view your shopping cart you will have the option to choose gift wrapping for any items that apply.

Receiving Your Parcel

Canada Post will attempt to deliver your package to the address that you provide during checkout. If you are not available to receive your order, you will receive a notice to pick up your order at your designated post office.

Tracking Your Order

All Canada Post parcel shipments can be tracked online. If you would like receive the status of your shipments, call us at 416-769-5916 or email us at inquiries@babythoughts.ca.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your BabyThoughts.ca purchase you may return it to our offices for a full refund. Return shipments should be made with a proof of purchase to the following address:
